THE FEE STRUCTURE
Simple, transparent, and aligned with your outcome.
Total fee: $10,900 + GST per acquisition
$4,000 + GST — Engagement Fee
Paid upfront to commence the search. This locks in your dedicated buyers agent and kicks off the market research and sourcing process.
$7,990 + GST — Success Fee
Paid once contracts go unconditional. Only payable when we’ve secured your property — no result, no fee.
No hidden costs. No additional charges for due diligence, negotiations, or property management assignment. That’s it.

Step 1 — Book a free 20 minute call
A straight conversation — not a sales pitch. We’ll talk about where you’re at, what you’re trying to achieve, and whether what I do is the right fit for your situation. If it’s not, I’ll tell you that honestly.
Step 2 — Strategy Session
If there’s a fit, we move into a full strategy session. We map out your goals, borrowing capacity, timeline, and what the right approach looks like for your specific situation.
Step 3 — We get to work
Engagement fee paid, market research begins. From here — most clients have a property under contract within 6 weeks.
